Return & Exchanges Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good and original condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping packaging as received.

If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. 

Zeya Collezione will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation. 
Zeya Collezione will advise on the return address upon request.
